The School Art League recognizes the artistic accomplishments of graduating seniors by presenting tuition scholarships to Pratt Institute and the School of Visual Arts at the annual awards ceremony.
The School Art League also recognizes the artistic accomplishments of high art school students with cash awards for achievement in the visual arts and academics.

Every public high school principal may select students to enter a portfolio for these juried awards. The New York City Department of Education Memo: "School Art League Awards and Scholarships", will be sent to all schools and will be available on our For Art Teachers page.

This scholarship to the School of Visual Arts is awarded to a senior for excellence in art, academic achievement, and a commitment to pursue a career in the visual arts.

The Jane Curliano Mazzella Excellence in Visual Arts Award

Presented to a senior who excels in visual arts, academic studies, and is committed to the study of art in college.
The School Art League Trustees Award
2026 recipient: Zachariah Whitby
Presented to a senior who excels in visual arts, academic studies, and will continue the study of art in college; and has demonstrated commitment to school and community service.
The Paul King Excellence in Visual Arts Award
2026 recipient: Lucy Hwang
Presented to a senior who excels in visual arts and academic studies who will be attending college to major in art and has demonstrated commitment to school and community service.
The School Art League GUIDECRAFT, Inc. Design Award 2026 recipient: Ally Zhao
Presented to a senior who demonstrates excellence in visual arts, with an interest in design, and will be attending college to major in art.
The One Club for Creativity Awards Presented to a senior who has completed the Saturday Art Career Workshops with distinction and will continue the study of art in college.
